Certain products may be available exclusively online through natvibes.ae. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements under which we provide you with Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

SECTION 8 – LANGUAGE

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations, if these Terms are translated into Arabic and there is a conflict between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail for legal purposes.
